Wheel Size - Another View
Talking about wheels, bobtails and old school style, here's a first attempt at attaching an image here. If it goes nuclear here's a link to the image

Really enjoy hearing all the info here about maintenance, performance prep and tasteful vs untasteful mods. Just a couple nuggets for discussion.
WHEEL SIZE - As the pic shows, you can run right along with the big boys w/ the 18's and 19's and still look good...no flood pants feel from my Black 7 sitting in the line-up for Summit Point DE on OE 15 Fuchs with fancy new cars all along the row.
BOB TAIL - I really like the extended US tail on 944's, but the expediency of saving the weight led me the GT Racing replica. I test fitted it in white and liked the look so much I let the bumper white to go with my vinyl scheme.
OLD SCHOOL - The Porsche first went SCCA Showroom Stock racing they ran a big two page spread ad of a 944 in Guards Red, large white numbers and a few obligatory contingency decals. I tried to mimic that look by confining all my graphics to the front fender "stack" and big oversized numbers. Did I get it right?
BEST VIEW - Best views of 944 shape IMO is high angle front 3/4 and low angle rear 3/4. Both show the fender buldges.
Here goes on the attachment attempt....
