Quick question about the fans

There is a two temperature thermo switch in the radiator. If the temp gets to the second mark, both fans turn on. If it is at the first temp, only one fan turns on and this is the norm. Turning on the AC will turn both fans on.

If only one fan runs...before you panic check the connector to the second fan. When I noticed my second fan never ran I pulled the unit out...was ready to replace the fan motor when I noticed that some dope had yanked the connector so hard the he pulled the contacts out!! I just poped them back in, put it back together and Voila...both fans work!
