From what I've read, this is very do-able.....as stated, you need ALL of the parts. I believe it's fenders, headlights, nose-panel, nose and the aluminum section under the nose that is really the bumper. ( don't forget the fog and signal lights, etc that go in the turbo nose).....but it's been done by several people.
Although a PIA, drilling out the spot-welds on the nose-panel can be done....it's done every time an early car needs a new nose panel! ( I will be doing mine when I have the time....and the replacement is a late-mod. piece with sheet metal fasteners.
Good luck!

Vlad,
PM me with your email address and we'll talk off-list. I can give you a list of everything you need, a few pics, and pointers.
FWIW, the "repro"-951 nose designed to fit n/a cars looks like smelly butt. I had one, did one test-fittiment, and then got rid of it in favor of the correct set-up.
And, FYI, if one has either a good body shop or is good with metal-working skills, the n/a fenders can be easily modified to be 951/S2 (yes they are the same who-ever questioned that in this discussion earlier) fenders.

Got your PM, with this question I'll respond here so that it will be in the archives should someone use the search function in the future.
Once you remove the old header panel (carefully), you'll need to mock-fit the 951 header panel in place. Once set in place, use several clamps to keep it in place while you mark the 4 bolt holes where the panel bolts on the top (the holes are already pre-existing on the 951 header panel to use as a guide/template). Drill out the four holes on the car. On a post-85 car, these holes already exist and have nuts tigged to them underneath. You could go so far to do this, or just use nuts and lockwashers on the underside when you connect the panel later. As far as the attachment of the bottom of the header panel, the 951 fenders already have captivated nuts on the inside front corners for this purpose. Once the fenders are attached, the panel can then be bolted on the car with the top 4 holes and the side two holes. The headlights will need to be in the "up" position to access the side bolts.
The arrows in the shot below show the placement of the attachment points.
Hope that makes sense!
