Default Need a few Interior Panels and PICS OF MY ENGINE BAY!

hey everyone, my interior went through a few "problems" shall i say...needless to say i need to replace some of it...i'm looking for an all black late Passenger Side Door Panel and a Black Center Console Arm Rest Hinge Cover Thingy...i was wondering if anyone had any available

but yes on a sidenote....my car's running great. i love finally having it back from the shop. it pulls so much better (maybe because it's a brand new engine? ) here's a pic of my engine bay

That looks like Albert Broadfoot got his hands on that engine! I could be wrong, but, that is a pristine looking engine man. The black powdercoating is a MUST when I rebuild the 951

Jake, i'm glad to see you got your engine running and back in!! that's awesome. my head is coming back today and i should have mine done within the next couple weeks.

your engine looks good. looks like a broadfoot pulley. did you have a shop install the engine?

sorry i don't have any interior pieces for you.

actually today i went for inspection and the little hose that goes from the water pump to that coolant return pipe cracked and it made coolant spew everywhere. but it's ok i guess i'm used to things going wrong. lol. anyway, it was a $10 fix. no biggie. but joseph, i had installed the engine myself but when i gave it to the shop they tore it down again and redid everything. so ya basically they installed the engine.

perry, for dressing up the engine, i had the intake manifold and the rest of the parts foam blasted. i had that stuff powdercoated with black but for the cam housing i used the high heat engine enamel paint. it worked out really well and i enjoyed painting it myself because the shop wanted lots of money to do the lettering like that. but oh well

damn I like how that black looks on your engine. I'm kind of weary about using aftermarket vacuum lines though. Where do you guys get yours? I'd like to do blue accents in my engine comparment.

I think I'm going to get high-temp paint (will grill paint work for engines?) and do the head and file the letters back to silver since it's hard to match Ruby Red with high-temp paint.

How much time and money did that cost you?

Most "performance" shops carry that silicon hose. Its better than the stock junk IMHO. Ive upgraded my car to it.

Lindsey Racing also sells a 30 foot kit of it, with 5 or 6 brass Ts... N/A cars wont need nearly that much, so you could always split it with someone else.

hey serge, it didn't take much time at all. 2 hours maybe? doing the camhousing was the most time consuming aspect. the silicone hosing was cheap. like $25 from lindsey? the spark plug wires i got from paragon at 130 i believe. the powdercoating i had done for 100. not too shabby if i do say so myself.
