Sorry to post in this area but Im not a member yet and have a item I think someone here might be interested in..

Gorgeous 16x7 and 16x6 Fuch combo 4sale.These rims are fully polished(entire rim)so polished they look chrome.100%totally flawless. No nicks, scratches, haze, ect.Absolutely perfect.I bought them brand new from Wheelenhancement.com three months ago in hopes of getting a second 944 and never did. These rims have never been mounted since I bought them and are in new condition.I promise you will not be dissapointed. They cost me $2300 and $100 shipping.I know I have to take a big hit on them but they have to go.First person to send me $1000 bucks(shipping INCLUDED anywhere in US)gets them. For those who might be interested,e-mail me direct at Mitsumark@optonline.net for pix and any questions you may have..Thanks..

Hmm selling something for big $$$ you may want to become a member. This could be a scam and people have lost a lot of money in the pass year on here. I suggest before selling anything that cost big $$$ the seller should become a member. This is not me attacking you or anyone one else just it's IMO should be done reduces the risk a little and helps rennlist out aswell and you have a better chance of selling the items.

Yea, just an FYI - when people come on this board as brand new users and just try to sell stuff it typically does NOT sit well with the regulars or the mods. If someone's vouching for you that's all well and good, but I'd strongly suggest contributing something other than advertisements to the forums if you want to gain any credibility around here. Not trying to be an ***, it just seems there are a lot of "low post count" people coming on here lately trying to turn Rennlist into their own personal commercial spot; just don't be one of 'em.

People make too big of a deal out of it. Sure it clogs up the list, but whatever, life isnt perfect. Just ignore it and move on.

Either way, there are people with thousands of posts that have rarely posted anything useful (first person to say, "same goes for you" is dead).

Besides, advertising isnt only a benefit to the seller, but also to a fellow gangsta on the board lookin to buy some rimz. Respek.

i think someone gettins a smokin' deal on a set of 944 rims is more beneficial to the rennlist community than a philsophical post on car souls. he needs some money, he's not running a business on here.

maybe if he sells the rims thru rennlist, then the onus would be on him to drop john & jen a cut.

/shrug

I think $1000 is a very fair price. I have 2x16x7 and 1x16x8 951 fuchs for sale as well if anyone is interested, but they are not refinished like mitus' wheels.

Point is well taken guys..Im actually not a member yet as Im a Porsche newbie and dont know as much as most of you as of yet..I started on Pelican and figured I wouldnt join the "list"until I had enough knowledge to contribute as I heard Rennlist is the club of Porsche "elite"..I am not hear to make enemies.Just thought Id offer the rims to recoop some of my money ofcourse, but also to offer a fellow Pcar owner what I though was a great deal in the process.Once again,If anyone has any interest in these wheels, feel free to e-mail me for my phone # and I'll provide you with my life history(hehe)..MarkM..84 944 89Conquest TSI

I was wondering if someone would say something. Usually, this would elicit a rather Pavlovian response from me. But, I'm all full up for now. In fact, I have 4 15x8s I need to unload. I also still need to get by your store to have some tires removed and remounted, etc. I've been buried the last few weeks and am leaving for New Hampster today for a few days.

The ones I really wanted was the set of 4 16x7s but with not working and all, I couldn't justify the expense at the time.

If they were 951 Fuchs I'd be all over them in a hearbeat. Darn! (yes, I have a wheel fetish, sorry!)

While we are on the subject of Fuchs, does anyone have a lead on a pair of 16X9 930 Fuchs (that don't cost an arm and a leg)? I'd love to get a set of those for the back and move the 8's up to the front
