Who out there builds supercharge kits for the 944? I know of Speed Force Racing, but I think there are one or two others. I am looking for a kit that retains the air conditioning, and the SFR kit does not.
Before any of you say "buy a turbo", just don't. I have been around these forums waaaay back to the Porschefans days and have heard it all. I have my reasons for doing what I want to my car, so just drop it before it starts into a flame war.

Don't wast your money - buy a 951!
You said: "Don't say buy a turbo" - so I didn't.

indeed, huntley was the other SC kit provider for the 944. SFR is your only good option for a complete supercharger kit. glad to see someone who chooses to take the path less traveled by. seems as though the 951 route is an state highway compared to the SC route which is barely paved.
just know that the SFR kit requires A/C deletion. hopefully you live in one of the cooler areas of the country.

That is why I stated in my post that I am looking for other suppliers, I must retain AC.

Do a google search for "Superchargers of Knoxville". They supply supercharger kits for the 911 crowd that retain the AC, I have heard that they make a kit for the 944 series cars.
Beyond that, I have seen Huntley kits pop up for sale on ebay often lately, you might want to keep your eyes peeled there.

That's Mark, he's parting his supercharged NOS powered NA that he never completed. He lives up here in Vancity....for the life of me I can't remember his rennlist handle. Do a search on "parting my supercharged 944" or variants thereof.

I remember his post. I am just in the research mode right now. Creating a cost/bennefit spreadsheet. My options are:
Buy a wrecked/cheap 951 to pull motor and electronics from, rebuild motor/turbo and upgrades, slide into my car.
Supercharge my motor.
Convert my motor to a Turbo with factory and aftermarket parts.
This baby is begging for some horsepower and I just am not comfortable yet with the idea of a V8 transplant. Although the injected LT-1 motor is enticing.

Bigfoot- Your car looks sweet
Any more pics?
Have you called Superchargers of Knoxville? They seem to be the most knowledgable, and their price was pretty darn good. They do a lot of 911's and understand the importance of A/C retention.

I did a failry good search for Superchargers of Knoxville but can't seem to find their contact information. Anyone have a phone number?
The color is labled as "Melvin Red" and is the original color for this 1987 NA.
You wanted more photos of the car:
