I'm going to look at a 951 in this color, does anyone have a pic? Is it a darker or brighter red?

That's a really dark red, looks pretty cool.

My 944 is that color. I like it sometimes and other times I cannot stand it. Basically it looks purple in dark lights, and a very nice red in bright lights. From far away the color looks almost brown.

It is a dark red with a good amount of brown too.

it makes me angry. My car is garnet red, and in any official documentation (tickets, emissions, etc) it always gets tagged as brown. WTF people?!

The 951 I'm looking at looks nice but has Burgundy interior(not my favorite). I like the linen interior on yours; goes better with the Marachino exterior color. It's a high mileage (140K) unmolested car with 95% documentation since new. I'm still debating if it's worth it or not. Thanks for posting the pics.
