Default N/A 944 Front Bumber alteration?????

Hi there...anybody have any feedback on removing the front "bumperettes" off of a n/a 944?
It seems a much easier and cheaper alternative to getting more of a "turbo" look.
Even the refinishing of the front bumper itself would be a fraction of the cost than to convert to "turbo".
If anyone has done this or has pix ....please advise.
Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not that I really care, but the next time I hear anyone spout off about the SEARCH function all I have to do is point to this is illustration as the prime reason why it isn't as effective as it could be.

if by subtle you mean jerk.. then yes, thank-you

anyhow.. to do what most of those guys do means sacrificing your bumper shocks, the bumperettes serve a purpose i.e low-impacts mean no cosmetic damages.. they helped when I was rear-ended in my 911! not to mention no shocks = a sharp jar

The guy makes a simple typo and everyone gets their panties in a knot. It's not like this forum is full of spelling champions.

Comments like jackass and stfu are totally unneccessary, agreed?
