Nice car. Cool to see you here, I saw a link to your car domain page on some post recently about a 944 ricer. Welcome to rennlist.

Awesome! So you are a 944 fanatic? From one of your first posts I just got the impression that you only had it because your father worked for Porsche or something. Glad to see you enjoy it!

Nice to see a 944 on Cardomain that hasn't been violated/molested/abused (pick one) or had it's pedigree/HP greatly exxagerated.

(that was a compliment, by the way )

Now, in a separate post from my compliment above:

I wonder how long it will take this topic to reach 1000 views? My bet is 2 days, tops. Any takers?

lol... She already attracted a lot of attention before when some of the guys thought it was a hoax and thought it was me posting as a girl (who ever would conceive of such a thing?!)... I think I'll give it 3 days, Tif.

Driving an auto 944 just seems like a sin, atleast the factory didn't make any auto 951s...

I know what you mean....my rational when I bought it was that I was going to be doing my hour long 15 mile commute in it every day. So not having to dump the clutch a couple hundred times every morning would be a good thing.

Adam, where do you live? I didn't see you at the local meet in the summer time?

Yeah... when people ask me whether my car is auto or not, I proudly say "these cars were never made with autos."

I have buddies that live in Dumfries. I went to highschool in Manasshole and worked for 2 years in Manassas park. I know PW country pretty well, because almost all my buddies live there

Anyways... enough geography. Next summer you'll have to make it to a fun run. We have a great time on the road, then end at a restaurant to bs for a while.

I'm curious as to how the GTO drives... I think we could even let it slide if you bring it to a fun run once
