I am going to have to agree with what others have said, in that there is no way this is legit. I am 100% sure that Ferrari would not sell more than one Enzo to anybody, no matter how wealthy or famous. Period.

There are 3 Enzo's here, one is sold to the region's rally champ(who already has an F50, Merce CLK GTR and a Porsche 959). He was the first in the Middle East to recieve the Enzo since it was a 'prototype' that Ferrari used to see how it survived the extreme conditions here. I believe he was the 'test driver' for the car or something, could be mistaken there but anyway......
