So i got my lil hands on a projector, and now im surfing rennlist on 4' x 5' screen the lil smileys are the size of my fist...nothing like abig screen and rennlist, oh and to keep this porsche relevant, I replaced the shift lever on the car and its like night and day..I highly reccommend this 50 dollar maintance to anyone with a sloppy shifter, its worth it. -chris

This kinda reminds me of the time I was in college and stole a projector out of the AV room just to watch the super bowl. Snuck it back the next day before they knew what hit them... (fist sized smiley)

Haha,
Instead of buying a projector FTY, I'm making one from scratch. DIY Projection!
It's over 1/2 done, but I'm not working on it now, I just don't have the money or time.
This summer I'll have time to spend working on the projector and a lot of extra money.

I have a friend that came home with a projector for the superbowl last year. We asked him where he got it and he replied "Conference room cieling... I have to make sure it's back by SUnday night". It was a great superbowl though.

DIY Projection? Care to elaborate on this process??? Is it just one of those mirror boxes? I remember my uncle made a big screen TV out of a small tv and a few magic mirrors.
