Yea, just keep cutting and cutting and cutting. I had one hatch come apart very quickly, and another take twice as long. Just be patient. One of these days me and scott will get ahold of our glass guy to come and seal the hatches we have ready and finish the write up.

#1 Once the glass was off the frame i used heat on the frame to help remove the remaining sealant (torch)
#2 Enough to slide the wire through, but quite honestly, if you just keep cutting and cutting with a utility knife, and have someone hold the glass and frame with a little outward pressure, it helps.
#3 Yes, only the tools shown
#4 Cut what you can from both sides, the blade will flex a little, and some places is very tight. The sides are the most difficult, but if you get the top and bottom and at least half of the sides seperated, you can usually peel the frame from the glass....or this is where the wire somes in handy.

Guys, Friday is a holiday here. I REALLY want to tackle this, but the screws (under the spoiler) are just frozen. They do NOT want to move at all, any tips for tackling this?
Also, i found some standard glass silicon/sealer. Would this work fine?
