Default long time no see...my post about everything

hey hey everybody

after a long delay...since May, i'm finally able to access full internet capabilities.

basic training and ait don't allow too much

it will be from may 30th till a snowy december 17th that i am away from my car........and my family, home, life as a civilian, etc.

anyways, i'm just putting in a quick hello and asking for help in finding new seats (w/ 5 pt capability) and sway bars (big ones)

i almost forgot that everybody wants to know the best place to buy everything and if we knew there would no longer be competition in the world of parts suppliers

it's good to be back!
except that in the past 2 hours i've found about 3 trillion ways to waste money on my car

no real luck on seats though, no way am i spending the price for NEW seats from brands like recaro, sparco, momo, etc.

Welcome back. I'd suggest watching for a set of used sparco Evo or Pro 2000's to go on sale. I've got Pro 2000's I picked up used for a good price, and I've ridden in Evo's love BOTH seats.

I'd say the best thing you can do is go sit in one. I rode in Evo's before I bought my Pro2000's as I knew they were similar. Pro2000's max recommended is 36inch waist and I'm a 32 and find them to be incredibly comfy and supportive.

my seats aren't too bad....the passenger is damn nice..but the driver is torn at the seams. i'm gonna get five point belts before i replace my seats and if that works out fine i won't need to get aftermarket ones with the belt holes. the best way for me to explain why i'm thinking of new seats is that i've been thrown against my door panel at autocrosses!!!!!!

the best reason why i'm looking for big wide fuchs to replace my cc's is the look better and 15x7 wheels don't give much option on tires......immediately after my car's g forces through me into the door the tires loose grip like crazy, usually long before they create any of that lovely grip
