It's looking like a no at this point... I'll be doing some FEA analysis on some real racecar parts... It depends on when the people I'm working with want to start with that and what time I wake up.

As we're getting closer the weather is looking better. I'll post a go/no go Friday night-remember, 11 AM to meet (or earlier to meet Tom R, I'll be there if he is), lunch inside around 12, then off for a cruise later on.

Damian,
Keep it at 11. I may get to stay till 12:30.

If all goes well I should see you guys there at 11 without the mullet. Think you will recognize me without the mullet? I am three for three with rennlist and the mullet NJ, NY, OH. is a new trend starting?

I'll call Dave tonight, he's been spending his time in the OT forum lately. (Didn't know he is such a politico!)

I'm still here!!!
Just been crazy at work and around the house lately (and a week+ of the flu didn't help). I'll run it past the missuz and see if it flies. No idea what I'll be driving, the 944 has a squeek that I can't pin down. Sounded like LF wheelbearing so I repacked it, still there but now it sounded like it might be the RF so I repacked that too. Still have the noise, maybe the rear (I really don't want to play with the rears, what was that torque spec again?).

I'm out for good. I'm planning to button up my Turbo and maybe even get it started! Pray for oil pressure.

I may be bailing.

I just found out from one buddy with the big C that another buddy with the big C bought the farm last night. Funeral is sunday. I don't know how much weekend I can leave Jill as a single mom without having to plan my own funeral.

This makes me want to sell the mullet and buy a GTO. dont have the money for another car, but WTF you only go around once.

We were at his 40th last January. I learned what a pregnant pause was when it was time for him to blow out the candle. nothing was said, yet I am sure we all read his mind. guess he didn't get his wish.

Tom, sorry about your friend. Take care of the business you need to take care off, we'll see you in the spring.

Sorry to hear this, Tom. I'll try to take your place as "the guy who bails early." Tomorrow afternoon is my only chance to go toy shopping before Joe's 5th birthday next week, dad stuff has to be the priority but I want to show up for a quick ripper or two.

MEET OFF. Two weather sources confirm rain from early morning until noon, so the road will be wet for a few hours after that. 968TurboS, the new Westchester 968 Turbo, myself and some others won't want to take their cars out.

Shall we plan next Saturday, same time and place?

If the weather dries, I'd be up for a late pm cruise-Winslow, or anyone else, let me know.
