Default Supercharger setup for sale

FYI, I'll probably put it on ebay next week if no listers want it. Now that I have a turbo, I'm putting my supercharged NA back to stock. I'm being promoted at work and will be driving a bit more now. Since I need my NA to be a daily driver, I'm taking it back to mostly stock powertrain. I'm keeping the MAF and nitrous and suspension goodies, but the SC is going. This kit keeps the AC.

Included is:

Eaton blower
Manifold
Bypass valve
Idler roller
Throttle body
Intercooler pipes
951 intercooler
GURU chip for late cars with a removable chip (obviously)
Three pulleys. The 3" pulley is the bolt on. The others would need a bit of custom fab to work, but they're 2.0" and I think 2.8".

What you'll need:
Your injectors / fuel rail (I'm running turbo injectors, but they're about 10% too rich. Stock would probably be right on, but no guarantees without tuning)
Your AFM (Piggyback fuel controller or MAF might be a good idea)
turbo injectors if you want to use the GURU chip with no tuning (still seems a bit rich)
Cone air filter
your throttle cam

I'm thinking of around $1500 OBO for the entire setup. If you have any questions, just send me an email.

did you ever dyno it or get any times? Im curious as to how much it did. What adjustments would be need to be made to put it on an early car?

I was planning on dyno tuning it next month. It was definately faster. I'm not sure what you'd need to do to put it on an early car. The only thing that would worry me is the pulley's matching up. Also, you'd have to modify your front end under the header panel to accept the intercooler or just run without it.

My god! SUPERCHARGED???
Holy moly!
Brake horsepower estimate?

StupEd05,
STILL not running? What the hell, did you do to **** off the Porsche Gods to this extreme?!?!?!??!?! That is ABSURD! At this time, all I can recommend is that you build a shrine out of a wreaked 911, and spend some time in meditation and repentance. Hopefully Ferry will show forgiveness on you and your 944! Good luck!

I seem to remember that when Huntley posted the dyno sheets on their site, they were around 240. Anybody else remember exactly what it was?

quicker. driveability is a bit less than a normal NA. it needs to idle a bit higher. I always had best results with the idle around 1050. Any lower and it would tend to stall off throttle and at stop lights. Lots of extra low end power.

How did you gear it? I'm considering trying to pick up either a 951 transmission or a 968 transmission (6-speed) for the Callaway project which is in some ways similar to this. I'm shooting for 300 h.p. at the wheels but the nice thing with a turbo is it doesn't dump all that power into the gearbox right from idle - it has to spool so you're less likely to shatter splines or gear teeth since you won't be inadvertantly "hard launching" it.

$1500. Hmmmm. I'm intrigued. Maybe a turbo-supercharged car! Hahahaha! That'd be insane!

It isn't too hard to install. You're probably looking at about 8 hours. I don't have pics of it on my car, but here's what it looks like except that i've painted the manifold black. I would consider shipping out of the US if you're willing to pay the duties, etc. I don't know anything about that. The setup is pretty heavy, so it would have to go carrier instead of post.

the only change to the setup in the picture is that I had an extra nipple welded into the discharge side of the intercooler pipe. This was so I could use my stock ISV

looks like you could almost make one yourself... how much boost can it produce? Did you ever think of putting it on a 951 engine with the lower compression and upping the boost level a lot?

could it get 300RWHP that way? (on a good turbo engine)

also do you have a pic of how the SC mounts to the engine?
