Default WTB/Or Trade for : porsche center caps for phone dials

I need them The previous owner wanted to keep them so I said sure and can't find anything even remotely local for these. Preferably in good/great condition. Don't need to be painted, silver works fine. The cookie cutter caps don't fit these

the local dealer wants a whopping 42.80 CAD/ea. and they take 5 days to come from Houston, that's freakin' pricey

sure, I'll trade you a set of caps for a set of phone dials. I could always use an extra set of wheels.
Actually, I have the opposite problem, a set of caps and no wheels.

I have 4 from an '88 924S. They're in Ok condition, but definitely need refinishing. $35 + shipping.

Refinishing the caps isnt tough to do, a can of Duplicolor silver spray paint and clear coat from Walmart will clean them up nicley. Also from Walmart you can pick up paint pens to color the crest if you wish. ckkrause's price is very fair and if you dont take him up on the offer, i will!

Paint pens! PAINT PENS! Great idea. Screw paying 200 for some inlaid crest caps :-D

And yes, caps are very expensive...regardless of condition.

I also have a set of center caps from my '88 924s. Their in relatively good shape, a little off color but actually very nice for 16 year-old caps. Email me with a reasonable offer if you are interested.

How do those centrecaps lock to the wheel? Where are the backing clips? They are different from the millemiglia and fuchs caps that I have on my car.
