Default PhotoShop Help (Oak Green onto a 924 GTS)

While the 924 GTS project has come to a screaching halt for the moment I have had more time to plan and scheme. A good % of the body pannels will be changed out, and the interior is getting stripped, so it seems like a good time to paint the entire car.

And inspired by the 965 i'm trying to get a hold of (my fathers car) I am thinking of painting the car Oak Green Metalic.

So the P-Shop request would be, take a 924 GTS, 924 GT pictured below (best I could do), and change it to oak green metalic (also pictured below)....

Here's a quick 5 minute attempt. Oak green is a hard color to get right, so I'm still tweaking it, but this is what I have so far. Hope it helps

Kenneth,

Thats great, Oak Green Metalic is very difficult to duplicate, but that does give me a very good idea of what it would look like.....

I almost bought a 14K mile oak green 968 coupe once, it was a very handsome car.

Okay, after a lot of tweaking, I gotten something I think matches the less saturated appearance of Oak Green better. It's difficult to get the different hues of the paint correct, since the original paint on the CGT isn't metallic, but I think this is about as good as I'll be able to get it. Glad I could be of help.

Color-matched fuchs? No problem. Oak Green is hot on this car; I can't wait to see your car when it's done.
