OK, so the way it reads, he pulled out in front of someone and "i would be irate" is the response. Imagine how the person he pulled out in front of feels?

I am sorry to hear that you had an accident, that is crappy for anyone.

Hey Blood......that really bites.....I sure hope you do have full coverage.....as you may know I got hit by a huge deer about a month and a half ago....I did have full coverage and the insurance company gave me twice what I had in the car......I was lucky in all of that, although after all the hours and money I put in to the car before the hit, I was still very upset and sick when it got hit.....$6,400 damage.....mine was repairable, though......I am glad you are not hurt and hope no one else was.....things will be looking up once again, though.....

Yeah, just think bigger and better. But I hear you, especially if my p-car were messed up, I'd be pretty mad- but I'd be happy too, because I know that there are always more 944s available on the planet. At least these cars aren't so rare that it's gets all washed down the drain, lost forever.

Sad to hear of your financial loss. Happy to hear it is only a financial loss.

On the bright side, the oil isn't even cold yet and the vultures are circling. There seems to be a need for trannys and a lust for wheels. How is the interior?

Sorry Fishey, but I believe in at least a few States the person travelling on the road has the right of way. Speed is not usually a factor. Something about entering the flow of traffic only after checking...... How did you figure out the Durango was speeding anyway? If the Durango was speeding would it be there fault or their fault? Where is Dilberto when we need him?

Like if you are backing up to parallel park and someone rear ends you, you are the one at fault because you didnt make sure it was safe to go backwards!

Look at the positive sides of this accident - you are okay and your car protected you well.

Now you have an opportunity to move on to another vehicle that may not be as much of a financial drain on you. Always seek out the positive in any situation life hands you.

You're Ok, that's all that matters, it's a friggin piece of metal on wheels. You'll get another one 100X better. 2 month ago i was returning from fire school in an 87 Suburban fire truck at 11pm, some guy in camaro didn't see me around the band and pulled out on 55mph road, after finally seein my truck he floored it and fishtailed sideways across the road. Side impact of an old SUV at 40mph killed him instantly and left his gf in a wheelchair.
Hug your parents and loved ones and thank nothing worse has happened. Good luck with your insurance/finances, they can be a PITA. but remember, it happens to everybody and some of us have it much, much worse.

Um, from his initial description of the incident, it appears to be a "failure to yeild" on his part.

No doubt it's probably his fault, but although I've never been in a real accident myself, I know the ones that feel the worst are your own fault... I bumped my mom's truck into her friends 88 corolla (pos) left a nice ding, this summer. I know the feeling of it being nothing but your own fault, and wishing you could've changed the outcome. If you do decide to part her... Let me know I might be interested in some interior.

Glad you're okay, seriously that could have been ugly. G-damn SUVs. You're lucky you weren't killed by that monstrosity. Good thing it wasn't on the driver's side or you probably would caught the bumper with your skull. . .

Be careful out there people!

Now, when can I send you my parts request list?

First Fishey concludes the Durango was speeding, now Rock concludes the Durango was driven by a bitch.

Rock,
Pit bull, Doberman, Schnauzer or a soft furry Maltese? Tell us what the bitch looked like.

Also, please tell us how you would get said bitch to pay for it?
