Default Engine drowning at startup

When I start my 924 after it stood for 1 to 2 hours its flooded, it start difficult after sputtering and snorking. Then it idles uneven and wont rev up, it smokes and smell heavily of fuel fumes. After driving for 2 to 5km its perfect.
If it stood in direct sun it takes for ever to start. If it stood longer or shorter than 1 or 2 hours it start with out any problem.

I've used injector cleaner in the previous two tanks of fuel with no improvement.

Please help
