Default New stuff

I found these on ebay and couldn't talk myself out of them. They're Corbeau TRS seats and they're like new. They arrived today along with 944 specific brackets from Corbeau. They feel incredibly good. Very firm and they hold me in tight. This is why I was looking for a black back seat. (thanks sh944) I think the black seats look good in the blue interior.

Those seats are awesome, I'm wondering how much the 944 rails went for?

I got the seats for $415 and the brackets were $69 each.

Here is a place that sells them at a good price.

very nice pete!! i really like em. i bet they hold you in very well too. how are they on the comfort side of things?

after i get the engine rebuilt, and suspension set up right (which i planned on doing in spring.. maybe fall now)

i will be getting these.. very period corretc and uber cool (und uber pricy at 1000 a seat!) but 2000 for these isnt bad when you consider original early recaros in poor condition sell for 2500 and in excellent condition can go for 6k!!

hoffman,
How much would a leather bound version of that last seat you posted go for?

I know someone who has a pair of 73RS seats in mint condition that are just sitting on his floor, Harry..........He doesn't want to use them because they were the ones that came on the lightweight spec cars and the car he has restored was a touring spec.

Pete's seats look very nice in his car, even better in person than on film. Our cars are starting to be spec'd very similar................
