VA Beach area get together
Since more than a few of us are in the Norfolk/VA Beach/Hamton Roads area, I thought I'd post a feeler thread for an upcoming get together. This will be cross posted to other forums, but this will be the main thread.
Anyone interested in getting together, probably beachside, in the next few weeks, post or forever hold your p-car(sorry, corny, but I had to)!
Let see if we can't get something organized for the near future, shall we?

Id be interested. It would have to be a weekend and I am not certain if I will be able to make it since I am up at school. Keep me posted on any progress. I live right near the ocean front, not much nice places to drive there....

Well how about this. Let's plan one a few weeks in advance to let everyone sort things out, come up with exact times and locations, and jump on the plans here. I think I might go get my baby this weekend (she's at home under cover) and might head up to the 356 event in Williamsburg the following Sunday.
Who is up for something October 10th?

There are autocrosses every month at Little Creek through the Tidewater Sports Car Club, I just attended one with our local PCA group, it was pretty cool. Those cars are tweaked though, that's all those guys do, autocrossing.

Dan, it's the 356 Holiday is from the 29th to October 2nd in Williamsburg. They have various events like tours of the James River and Plantation on Friday, and a concours on Saturday (I think that was in Yorktown, I dunno). But it's in celebration of the 356's 50th birthday. There will be a couple Rennlisters there, so I'm sure it will be fun
Hawk, though I'm new to the area, I'm told there are at least 3 clubs that hold local auto-x's around here. Tidewater, SCCA, and some mustang club as well. Not a bad assortment as far as frequency goes!

Lou, bring whatever you have. It's always good to meet Rennlisters.
