I have a set of lifters that came out of an NA, I think an 86 with about 150k miles on it. Are they good for anything or should I just toss them? Anyone want to make me an offer?

 

They make a pretty cool "paluunk" sound when you toss them in the drink.

 

Take them to the movies, release them in the back row, bet they make a funny noise as they seek out a new home in the front row.

 

Tea cups?

Scuba weights?

Cookie cutters?

Something to fill the ol' "sock in the pants" trick with?

Feed bowls for your mouse?

Ballast for corner weighting?

Something to throw at cars when you have road rage? (pennies work best)

Welding practice slugs?

 

Throw them at ricers when they rev you at lights.

I had a dream about "putting together" an engine out of junk parts. Scored block, bent valves, warped head...you get the idea. Then putting it on ebay and advertising it as a freshly rebuilt 951 engine. Wouldn't that be cool. I guess you could live my dream...or not. God, i have such bad dreams.
