Ive been a member of the Pontiac Oakland Club International POCI for twenty eight years. I have a 25 year pin sitting on my TV.

I have almost every issue of their magazine Smoke Signals since 77 when it was a monthly rag and a quarterly magazine that was blended into a single monthly magazine.

My firebird was on the cover. I was living in Manhattan and it was delivered to my parents house. Without her glasses my mother calls me on a saturday during tax season and tells me there is a car just like mine on the cover. She then gets her glasses and reads the description and name of the owner to me. it takes her a few seconds then she realizes it is my car on the cover.

She was so proud of herself that she recognized my car without her glasses! That's someone with two masters degrees!

That shot of the rear spoiler on your car Peter got me thinking about the time I was in a junkyard in island park looking for a spoiler for my car. I have a camaro spoiler on my firebird that was installed by the selling dealer. I dont show the car because that spoiler automatically put me in modified.

I was at a junkyard and the guy had a mint super mint light green spoiler from a 70 camaro/firebird. You know the uber rare low ones. He wanted the outrageous sum of $10 for it. Almost as good an investment as microsoft.

tom, just a little friendly conversation. Sounds like a very nice assortment of american muscle though. Maybe I did read everything a little too fast though and "jumped" to conclusions. My mistake

Dude, you have a German cuss word in your signature, and are calling someone a troll, as well!

(x) re-vote to ban Tom R. - HE'S STILL A TROLL

WOW thanks for piquing my curiosity Tony. The things I miss because I have Mike on my Ignore list.

Should I put my 82 year old dad's Olds Silhouette (the Cadillac of minivans) in my sig like Mike has his dad's cars?

Troll, yeah right Mike. Takes one to know one. And if you personally don't like me, don't read what I write. Until then KMA!

Maybe it is time to send a report to a moderator about your signature. Something about personal attacks can get you banned.
