Default Black connector???

I am getting the car together and one thing I can't figure out is where that two prong black connector at the back of the engine bay coming out of the wiring that the o2 sensor (green wire) goes into. I cannot for the life of me remember what it does or where it goes.... anyone know?

I got one of those too. Don't know what it's for but it doesn't go anywhere. Don't worry about it.

If this is on an '84 and the connector is rectangualr with one male and one female 'bullet" style connectors it is 12 volts for use with a heated O2 sensor.
