Default Looking for new wheels

Are there any "non-expensive" 10" wide wheels that will fit an 87 turbo? I have been looking around for a new set of light weight wheels for my car. I would like to have 8" or 8.5" in the front and 10" in the rear. Also would you guys recommend going 18" or 17"? I got a set of RUF speedlines but they are in pretty bad shape and I also need new tires so Im just gona get a whole new set of wheels and tires. So far Ive been looking at the factory twist, BBS, Fiske, HRE, and Kinesis but theyre pretty expensive for me.

18" wheels arent recommended on 944s, and i personally think they look too big. Youll be best off with 17's. Some recent 911 take offs will be your best bet. There are really good deals on ebay every now and then.

Yea I think Ill stay with 17" since they will be lighter. What offset would I need for the 10" wide rear wheels?

well, for stock 8 inch wheels, the offset is 53mm....thats about 6.1 inches of backspacing

For a 10 inch rim, youre looking at an offset of about 27.5mm
