Angry Windshield Water Leak - around lower driver's side

Hey,

I've posted before that water was getting into my car, but now I have a good idea where it's coming from. I saw water drip down down from the area of the yellow arrow in the following pic (courtesy of Ski):

Now, this part of the chassis is above the fuse box area under the hood, so where is the water coming from? I made sure the sunroof drains are fine and I even siliconed the exterior window seal at the driver's side A-pillar. It seems the water is fighting and defeating gravity to get in the car.

Edit - the water is not coming back up from the metal drain tube for the sunroof drain hose.

Please help as I'm just about lost

Thanks in advance...
