Steel which has been broiled with any kind of accelerant,will have changed its' integral makeup permanently. After the scorch- rust and co. will have to make its mark at any trace of moisture, this once-strong now-lightweight metal is a virtual magnet of. To attempt reconditioning of this cancerous, perforated exoskeleton is an exercise in futility, that could prove tragic.
Original Used 952 Body Panels=$1,500+
Unblemished, but pieced-out body parts from the fabled Turbo S will stir such a frenzy- the figure quoted above- is purely arbitrary. Sellers of these parts can become greedy on-demand. The down side to this, can become inspiring to some, nimble and crafty 951 merchants who can easily coat a fender with Sikkens/Akzo Silber Rosa enamel, and eBay the bidding herds silly.
