Default ok so i fixed my wiring but now.......

i recently burnt up some wires on my 924s. There is a black wire from the turn signal switch to the light switch, and from the ts switch to the ignition switch-grey wire. After fixing them i had the gauges hanging down to the floor and everything all apart, everything worked fine.

Now that ive reassembled everything very carefully to make sure there are no pinches, but the tach doesnt work!!!!! Ive looked through the manuals and there are no individual fuses for tachs. None of mine are blown. I noticed in the manual that the tach MAY share a ground w/ the wires that were burnt, but i bypassed the grounds to a separate source, but nothing....IDEAS?
