If any of the people in NC (or the surrounding areas) want to join in on a unique auto-x this weekend in Winston-Salem there will be a 24 hour auto-x. You don't have to run the whole time and have your choice of 12 or 24 hours ($30 / $45), the runs are unlimited and last year many people got in 12 plus runs (only 6 are timed, with all the normal SCCA rules applying).

As an edit to the above, those who got in 12 runs only ran for 12 hours, I'm sure if you went for the full 24 you could get quite a bit more than that it......

Its not limited to one run an hour, i'm sure there will be hours I run more than 1 time. But when you take into account the time you are eating, resting, or helping out on course then those who ran last year average at least one an hour.

Normal auto-x in this area is 20 - 25 dollars and you end up running 3 to 5 times and it takes 1/2 the day. This one is 30 dollars, take a whole day but you run many more times.... I think its a good deal, and i'm looking forward to the time trying to learn the new 951 or the 968.....
