It's pretty much headed right here....it was 60 mph a few weeks ago when the thing was weak after moving across the other side of the state and that storm was a lot smaller. I'm e. xpecting 100+ mph for a good 12 hour period here unless it turns somewhere drastic pretty soon. These things are nothing to mess with....

Dave I have room for you guys to stay here. Not the best sleeping but you can come here and wait it out with the Porsches and your brother. Doesn't bother me if you come here at midnight or what just let me know. You have my cell so just give me a ring when you are coming.

I'm setup here at a hotel in Orlando with high speed internet (for a lovely $10 a day fee of course). I've got my digital camera with me too so I can post update pics whenever there's stuff to see outside my window. My room overlooks Universal Island of Adventure (where I'm going shortly...why waste a perfectly good day?)
Everything at the house is buckled down as best we can get it..covers on the p-cars...they're all chilling in the garage together with dad's hotrod and my mustang. Hopefully they stay safe there...the garage is on the south side of the house and the wid is gonna be gusting at the north end, so we'll see how it goes. Just gonna have to wait a bit now...I'm gonna be pacing the floors for days...

Here's what it looks like outside my window...a lotta trees, but if these 3/4" tempered glass windows break we're gonna have bigger problems with other stuff...I imagine a lot of these trees aren't gonna be standing up so straight by tomorrow night!

I'm gonna find out! I wonder what the wind has to get to in order for them to shut the park down...I think it would be kinda fun riding that stuff in 50 mph winds..
What's also cool is that by staying in this hotel I get to the front of every line and don't have to wait more than 5 mins for anything..woohoo!
