944 spotted in movie preview *worth a look*

The preview looks awesome. It's a documentary about a bunch of guys rippin across the country from New York to L.A. in 32 hours 7 minutes. There is a quick shot of an early 944 at about the halfway point in the preview.

After reading the synopsis (haven't watched the trailer yet), it says Paul Tracy is in it. . . . wasn't he just a kid, maybe early teens in 1983? I remember seeing him in the Indy Lights, or whatever that feeder series to CART was back in the early 90s (they ran Buick V6s), and I thought he was very young at the time, like early 20s. Maybe I am wrong - someone correct me, please? How old is he?

I think the run was done in '83. The movie doesn't have a release date yet that I can find. My roomate and I hypothesized that there is some sort of statute of limitations and they had to wait 20 years before they could talk about the run.
There are some great quotes in the preview: "ya can't think about the fact that you're doing a football field every second and a half"

Tracy was a mere kid in the 1986 Canadian Rothman's 944 cup series that I have on DVD. They interviewed him after he was involved in an altercation and an off, and if he was a day over 18 I would be suprised. That would put him at around 15, 16 tops in 1983.
