Default Pitsons, Please Read

I kept on posting about really cheap sets of pistons available for all 944/968 models.

New Origonal Mahle pistons for the Porsche 944/968 engines and do have Mahle part numbers........

Some people contacted me, asked me the numbers and just dissappeared, wasted my time.

My supplier is literally going to throw them in the bin by the end of next week (there are only 3~7 944's/968's here in Dubai and he has over 10+sets with him).

They have been with him for 5 years and wants to 'clean out' his store

Please Contact me if you need any pistons, also check my ad in my signiature.

It is TRUELY a shame to see such expensive things being sold cheap and ending up in the bin..........

Thank you for reading.......

hosrom.....I am guilty! I did inquire and the price was good just ran into another issue needing my cash. So I was not able to follow through. I can no longer afford a set even at the price quoted! I have an issue that has the possibilities to make me sell the car entirely. So I do apologize if I wasted your time! But send me a PM if this gets to a point where he discards the pistons first!

I was the one seeking the 100mm M07/08 88 944 10.2:1 set.

Again my regards......Dal

dgz924s: Honestly there were a few people who asked me about the pistons so i can't remember them all.........

When i said that they wasted my time, it was because the supplier is 40 miles where i live, so a long trip is needed.

Secondly, 90% of everyone said that they were keen........so i made the effort to squeeze some time in my daily plan, went to the supplier, sat for over 2 hours, taking down the part numbers and counting the sets making sure that he has what he claimed.

It's alright, this is so kind of you to tell me that you were one of them.

I just wanted a respons from everyone.

That is very honest of you to tell me that you were one of them and i shall keep you informed if he dumps them

Thanks! Owning this car is like being a kid again in a CANDY STORE! Big appetite and no pennies. But I try real hard beings I can no longer work for a living! So I need all the support and understanding one guy can get!

But I do respect your efforts as mentioned!!

Regards!.......Dal

Why complain? Let him pitch 'em and then go dumpster diving! Freebies for you and cheaper for the rest of us!

Has a right to complain. But he isn't. Just frustrated perhaps! When a guy gives a deal at half the cost new is already cheaper than we can do. I wish I had the extra cash because he is going the extra mile to see we get a good deal! And he is doing it from across the pond at that.

It is frustrating answering questions and getting nothing out of it especially when the deal is real good and doing it as a favor to us and his buddy! I am certain you would feel the same in your attempts to sell an item.
He did not have to offer us a thing but he did.........Dal

I can understand frustration but it's not like HE'S selling them - he constantly mentions this "supplier" of his which could be anyone. If he's doing them a favor trying to sell 'em. . . well. . . let's just say that's why people normally expect compensation for doing those sorts of things. Also I've had to answer more than my fair share of idiotic questions on Ebay or wherever trying to sell stuff. It's part of the game - you want someone's money, they want to have you jump through hoops. . . probably why "sales" jobs are among the most undesirable (and consequently highest-paid) out there - nobody wants to do it and put up with the B.S. constantly.
