I did yesturday, and he said he will get it to me, but I have recieved them yet. I'm sure Tim is a busy man and didn't quite have the time as of yet. Understandable...I'm a busy guy too. I was just seeing if anyone had them that they can email me ASAP so I can start putting my SC on my 944.

Thanks,
space

Tranny is already replaced

I know its that simple, but there is alittle more to it then just put the SC on. Lines, hoses, etc...I want to make sure before I start putting it on.

Thanks,
space

space,

so glad to see SFR sell another superkit. you see, i'm praying that they'll still be making the kits in two years when i'm done with my MS.

and if it isn't too much trouble, we'd all love to read an excruciatingly detailed report on the car post-supercharging.

I know that's the thought that keeps me up at night given all the hell I'm going through with the Callaway conversion - "what if the trans. gives?" I'm just going to drive it and not do any hard shifting until I get around to throwing an LSD in there. I was lucky enough to get a 944 with a recently-replaced clutch in it; I do NOT want to do the transmission until I'm good & ready - they're a pure PITA as I understand, plus I want the time to get a 951 transmission, put the clutch in it, and do it right when the time comes.

Changing the tranny is the car was fairly easy....matter fact, I'm sure now, I could do it in a couple hours....there is really not much to it....first time is always the long time....

thanks,
space

Actually, tranny is not a big deal at all, I have done it once, and I am sure I could do it again in 3 hours, nothing compared to my current project....
so if the tranny goes, have no worry, another one is actually pretty cheap, sold mine to Rock for $100, it drove about 95% perfect.
