Default Speaking of sunrroofs....

The lifting arms will no longer retract to allow removal of the sunroof. This used to work and I am familiar with the procedure. After turning the ignition switch to 'ON' (without starting the car) and pressing the button, nothing happens; no motor sound or anything. However, the sunroof lifts and lowers normally.

Any ideas?

The key has to be in the "Acc" position, not the ON position to retract the arms. And you press on the lower half of the switch (Which raises the roof in the ON position.)

That may be what I was doing. So much for knowing the procedure....
