You should have posted this before the new brakes, plenty of options for upgrading the brakes, Have you looked at the various rubber parts in the suspension? Some will surely be ready for replacement by now.

924S's of the world unite. Just replaced the alt, and new 16mm rear sway. Turns out my frount was 26.8 not 25.5 like i thought so the bushings did not fit.

Beings it is an Auto it won't be racing so I would save money and reduce weight. Remove all you don't need or want. Cheapest most beneficial way to gain use of the HP it has now. Suspension is good for handling/faster cornering and won't help HP any again just utilizes the HP better=faster.

Turbo/SC on an Auto....no way!$$$$$
Engine work-balance and blueprint and port and polish. You already have the higher CR for the 924S vs. 87 CR. This too is big $$$$$$!

Or in hind sight go back awhile and rethink the purchase, sell and buy a 951.

Good Luck and you have a really nice one! Drive the crap out of it and have a RIOT!
