The beauty of the 951/S2 nose is the graceful arc when viewed from above. The fake nose is squared off and looks out of place.
If you can source a euro 944NA front bumper that would be the easiest way to go. Look for pics or xsboost90's '89 944. the euro bumper looked just right.
GTRacing's 924Carrera GT nose also looks good but from what I've heard does take some work to get a proper fit.
I'm impressed Pete. Not only do you have a great looking car but you're on the ball too!

I missed the 924 conversion totally! I also agree with Pete regarding the Euro bumper/nose. Have a look a pics of Euro 924/944's and you'll see what I mean.

Unfortunately, that's how the car is still sitting. It was a ton of work to get the header panel to match up to the bumper, that and the fact I've been working a lot of overtime lately, I just haven't had the time to work on the car.

Hopefully I can start back on the car here soon, and get the darned thing finished.

Default Nose job!

Yeah,I was going to turbo the front of my 83 until I was scammed on ebay. That is a very sore subject with me now, especially in light of having to repaint and re-install the original front valance.I am still looking(already had the turbo fogs and turn signals) but I like the turbo look better.

I'll give you a good head start with 951 fenders (need a little work) and a header pannel for $250......
Ian , how much for the header panel alone?

My 86 na has the full turbo front clip and I love it. Just start collecting parts and search on Ebay every week. The right pieces will come up. You will need the ...

Bumper
Under bumper support
nose piece
head light covers
fenders

A few more parts but the end product looks amazing.
