Any offers?

Tifo sold his for $450 ( I believe ) and I had an offer of $450 last week, but have not talked to the guy since, left AIM messages and I believe a PM so who wants it?

Header Panel is prepped and ready for paint, along with the headlight covers

Is it the all glass top(late) or the one with the frame (early) that shows from outside?

I am passing on the staratoga top. I waited about a week for pictures and never got any. I leave for the Maritime Academy in 3 days, and its too much hassle knowing i have $450 + shipping floating around in the mail, with a Saratoga top i wont see for 2-3 weeks being delievered too me. In my experience waiting 3-weeks to claim something damaged in the mail is a bad idea.

I would have drove the 3 hours upstate to pick it up from you over last weekend...but i hadnt heard from you in 4 days almost. So i figured you lost interest in selling it. And again...i wanted a fwe pictures before i drove up to find it was for a manual style roof.

Mike,
I'm interested in the top. I am down in Wappingers Falls, so I could easily drive up to take a look at it and make an offer if it fits my car. It would save you the hassle of shipping, and I would know exactly what I am getting. Send me a PM if you would be able to get together on Saturday.

Technoduck--- I sent you either an AIM or a PM that I had a family emergency that I had to leave out of NOWHERE for and I just got back the other day and sent you a few PMs..

understand your reason, but I'm nots like I left ya hanging on purpose, just there were family issues and now I have to leave on Sunday for the funeral..

Sympathies for the death in the family... I'm sure those of us who are interested in the top can wait until after you deal with this. Family first!

I'm sorry to hear of your loss.

If the header panel you mentioned is a 931 header panel, I'd be very interested.

Let me add to this discussion that shipping a Saratoga top is not cheap, DO NOT go by the quote that you may get based on size/weight. I just had to eat extra shipping on the one I just sold because the quote was $51 to ship it, but once it was time to ship, the special box required and additional packaging, insurance, yadda yadda came to a total of $121. Please factor this amount into the equation if you are buying/selling a Saratoga top in the future.

Just doing my part to prevent any Rennlister heart attacks....................

Jeremy
