SWEEEEET...Baby finally got NEW shoes ! ! !
Well, one of my first projects from 2 years ago is complete.
NEW Wheels and Tires....
Thanks to everybody for answering my relentless posts about "backspacing", "spacers", "will these fit..."
But especially:
Matt H.(for suggesting the Fuzion tires)
Kevin B. (for helping me get them mounted & balanced)
Geo (for blasting my lugs and the torquing + calculating the spacers)
Red1 (for encouarging words "that spacers are OK")
Charles D. (for selling me spacers, that got lost by UPS)
I LOVE they way the car looks and drives with these wheels and tires.
They are 2002 Boxster wheels with Fuzion ZRi 225/50/16 rear and 205/55/16 front. It ended up with 1.25 " spacers on the front and 2" spacers on the rear. Spacers are wheel and hub centric billet aluminum from Motor Sport Technology in Ca. Great price for custom made spacers.
Enough of this.....let's see the pics>>>>>>

I've always thought that those were some of the best wheels available for the 944. They seem to fit it very nicely. But then, I'm biased...

Yours was the first car I had ever seen with them.
Inspired me to track some down for myself.
You are such a role model

Those wheels look good on that color of 944!
Time for a photoshop. If you ever need to refinish them for any reason, I think they would look killer with darker centers...........
