German Wings & Wheels Show in Oshkosh Wisconsin Sept 11, 2004 - Rennlisters unite!
Here is a letter I received through a VW club I belong to.
Across the street (highway) is a mall we can all meet up at, pull in together to show off Rennlist.
I sent John D a PM about making this a sticky, otherwise I'll just keep bumping it.

EAA's 2004 German Wings and Wheels Show
The EAA Museum, with support from the Fox Valley Porsche Club of America, present to you our first German Wings and Wheels, car and airplane show.
On Saturday, Sept. 11, starting at 8:30 a.m. we invite you and your club to join us for a unique car show in a very unique location, as we present the workmanship and pride found in German cars, motorcycles and airplanes. All German-manufactured vehicles are welcome.
Admission to the EAA AirVenture Museum is included for any of your club members who bring a show car (including their passengers). Additionally, the first 200 cars registered will receive a limited-edition dash plaque commemorating the event.
The event will be a non-competition, "for fun" show only, with lots to do for the entire family. Our Pioneer Airport facility is a great environment to hold a car show. It gives an opportunity to get an airplane ride on one of EAA's historic airplanes, and in the adjacent Museum there's a chance to see our impressive WWII airplane collection, or explore the brand- new interactive KidVenture gallery.
We hope you will join us this day and present this opportunity to your club members to help us in spreading the word!
To assist our planning we encourage as many advance reservations as possible. Registration is available on-line at or by sending an e-mail to museum@eaa.org .
Thank you for your time,

I got the e-mail this morning but it never sank in to post it here (duh) so I figured a seperate post would help keep it organized.
Sweet, we already have 9 cars! (4 of them are mine)
There are 7 928's in Green Bay I know the owners of, I'll be talking to them this weekend.
I would love to show up with more can than the Fox Valley PCA.
If it looks like 20 or more cars, I'll contact their people to see if we can get a seperate spot. If the twin cities and great lakes 928 groups come, 20 won't very hard. 15 should be easy with my gang from GB, including a few VW's.
