Not wearing it would give you a hatrick.
I once pulled up to a toll booth, no seatbelt, Ciggarette in one hand, coffee in the other, Cell phone in the crook of my neck, driving with my knees (The Lincoln) .
Figured some liberal Dem NPR listenening, Birkenstock wearing Pansy would have had an anurisim if he saw me.

And Hell is where they play Barry Manilow Every F'ing day all day long.
My new rule is that I only flick cigs out the window in States that have madatory seatbelt laws.
Vermont got on my list recently. Figured I'd give them repricosity having a pretty state that looked like NH.
