OK, I managed to unclog the drainage. It turned out there were sunflower seeds mixed with dirt that clogged it completely! As ridiculous as 'sunflower seeds in the AC system' sounds, I think there should be a metal mesh in front of the blower intake (above the passenger's feet). I might want to fabricate something to prevent similar problems in the future. Or should there be a factory-installed mesh?

I actually removed the under-tray to clean it. It's not hard, but tedious, as there are many clips that are hard to access.
