If you put a 968 adjustable rear wing you had better know what the differences in the settings make on rear downforce whenI ask. Not differences in actual pounds althought that would be great, but at least how it changes the balance of the car at speed. If you just stare back at me and then look at the wing and "Looks cool huh!" well you just answered my question about if it is rice or not!

Actually...

I'm not saying it's rice or not. I'm saying they are equally functional, so to call one rice and not the other is beyond my comprehension. I was really trying to point out the irony to call brake ducts rice and not the 968 wing. They either both are or they both aren't.

No doubt. I for one am glad I have very minimal aero to have to deal with. In IT all I get is the ability to deepen the airdam and add a splitter.

Hey, the only thing unrealistic in that pic is the girl. Every beautiful woman I know wouldn't be caught in that ride. So I guess I'd better ask my girlfriend if she'd be embarrased first - that I put some lower vents on my car. LOL

Brake vents in fenders?

Actually, I had thought of that.

If you want to know whether you "need" rear vents, ask yourself when the last time you wore out a set of 944 rear pads was? Unless you have a pretty aggressive rear bias setting, and track the snot out of it, you'll never need vents for air.

Looks are another issue!

Is this for real or a photoshop? If so where do you get them or who makes them?

That's the Z06 (pure racing/handling beast, I love it). I didn't know the scoops were functional. But take a look at the 13" rotors on the front and compare to the teeny rotor on the rear. The fronts are what's imporant, the rears not so much.
