Rock,
I am so glad that everything worked out yesterday for you, and that you are wearing a happy face. I still can't believe you are only 16! You look so much older! In terms of paying people back, just treat others as you want to be treated, and I think you will continue being happy each day of your life. Enjoy your "new" car!

i dont have any girlsontrampeline pics, but i do have a video of Wade on the trampelene!
It was great to finally have a chance to meet so many of the people that i talk to on here on a regular basis. There were alot of really nice cars and everyone was friendly to say the least. I would say that rennlisters have to be the most giving people in the community. I was really impressed to see John D. under Rocks car putting in that tranny, i knew somehow Andy would be there though, that boy loves to get dirty.
I think the reason 944fest has been in Ohio is that it is mostly a midwest function, and keeping it central in the midwest is key. Go to penn. and you will miss out on the more western pple attending, go to say Indiana or Illinois and you will miss out on the Jersey and CT pples. Also Dan P. prop wouldnt have to drive as far. HHEEEHEHE
here were my pics...

Beer, girls on trampolines, and all those great 944 and 951's. Damn, wish I'd made the trip. But, on second thought, I'm afraid some of you would fire-bomb my car. Just kidding.....?? How many cars made the trip. Anyone with a count? Were there any converted cars there? Did anyone stray sober?

I think Saturday there were about 45. No conversions and Brandon and I didnt have a drop. Dont need alcohol to have a good time at this function.

hee hee:
That was what I was doing while scratching your car John. "Framing" the participants of 944Fest with the proper amount of air cooling
Thanks a lot for the compliments, pretty surprising actually as the only concours that she would ever win would be if the car was traveling 100mph past the judges. As for selling it, I think I'll be keeping her awhile, a few people have put some fun ideas in my head on the subject of modifications.
Edit:
Don't think anyone's mentioned the neighbors yet! Rake Lady coming over to make sure no one else used their driveway on their way to ruining their grass, and I'm sure the neighbors on the other side were yelling after we shelled their house with fireworks.

Kurts 951 is stupendous. For whatever reason its not spoken on here a lot but if was one of my favorites there. Only 56,000 miles. Im not a big fan of Guards red (even on mine) but I make the exception for guard on champagne. Rare interior. He had the Fuchs to boot (which is a must for me). Even had the sport seats. Are you kidding me. A perfect twin of my air cooled.
Kurt, if you ever decide to sell, please give me the right of first refusal!!

Jerad did back over one of the Rake Lady's little trees, but it popped right back up.

Yeah, Gladys Kravitz next door, we drove her crazy. Hope she doesn't firebomb the Swift's house now. I still see the image of Campeck prancing around her pond at 3:00 in the morning shooting off bottle rockets! That guy is a wild man! And I wonder if she found any stray Jello shot cups in her yard?
