Comparing stock cars, the S2 and the non S 951's are fairly even in power but the 951 is a little more 'violent' when the boost hits. The S2 has a smoother acceleration curve so it doesn't 'feel' as fast.
If you throw modded 951's in the mix then it's a whole new ball game.

Cory you started this..

My mom always loved going for a ride. I usually took the Mustang convert, as it would have been near impossible to get her in and mostly out of the Porsche with her inability to manuever herself.

With the top down, some scenery and curves, and a beautiful day I was always rewarded with a heartwarming smile from my Mom I shall never forget. During her last year she was unable to verbally communicate, but the smile was worth unwritten volumes.

Pay it forward, for the reward is in the deed.

I've never driven an S2, but I have driven a 968, and there's a big difference between my car and a 968.

I haven't had anyone grab their chest, but I've had a few people grabbing at the door handle to hold onto.

Cory, great story BTW. I had to have my coworkers read that. Excellent.

Cory -- your story can become one of those heartfelt emails that get circulated around the globe with a subject like "True Friends . . ." or "Stop to think of someone special," and the tag line "now pass this to 10 of your closest friends and something wonderful will happen; and if you don't, you'll be butt-raped by a mad goat" It can even have an intro - "The following is a true story..."
