Default A bit of NA fun

I thought I'd have a bit of fun here in UK going to a straightliners event at elvington àirfield for a high speed 1.0 and 1.25 mile run.
Although the distance available is not near long enough to get a maximum speed.
my launch wasn't particularly good and I managed a 135.2mph standing mile and 141.4mph standing mile and a quarter.
My car speedometer although spot on accurate at 60mph undereads about 10mph at high speed.

I ran in Germany on the autobahn in 2023 at 145.1mph gps recorded, but lifted prematurely because the front end went scarily light.
So... I fitted a front splitter and the results were fantastic and the car felt solid at higher speeds.

Some footage from outside and inside on the run.

Thanks to Phil Evans for the photos

Looks good, sounds good, and seemed really stable all the way through to the line.

Cheers
