Default Hmm, AFM?

I got bored today and decided I wanted to clean the AFM. When i took it off it looked like the previous owner went to work on it with a dremel (I should have taken a picture). But now after it's clean it seems like there's more hestitation for some reason, it did drop my idle from around 1100 rpm to about 950-1000 rpm. It also seems like it's delivering power more smoothly, I just don't like the hestation.

The hestitation is in the lower rpms only at when I'm at around 3/4 throttle.

What do you think, new/used afm would solve this?

I hooked everything back up correctly and tightly so that's not the problem, I did use the same gasket though (it was kinda rough) with a little bt of silicone.

Perhaps the fixed AFM is now uncovering another problem - like a bad injector, plug, wire etc that you didn't feel before due to the lack of performance?

I fixed it...kinda, pulled out my dremel and finished the job of the PO, there still a slight hesitation but much better than before. I might buy a used AFM just to see if there's a difference when I switch them.
