A Very Nice 944S 87K for $6.4 - Autotrader
'90 S2 Cab 56K for $8K "Needs HG & PS Repairs" - Autotrader
This one looks like a steel if you wanted to put a little effort into fixin' some common repairs on it. Car looks very clean and 56K on it.
'89 White Turbo with 103K for $8K - Autotrader
And of course I'm not connected with the sellers blah, blah, blah...

After I get out of school and work the savings account back up to where it should be I have been given the "Green Light" from the wife, on buying and fixin' up Porsche's to re-sell them. God that sounds like fun!!!

Well, Sacramento has one of the largest russian populations in the U.S. The majority of them are in the salvaged car business. Buy a totalled car, fix it up, sell.
And then you wonder why he drives an s600 and shops at goodwill...
Just to give you a feel for how prevalent this is; whenever a Russian asks me about my car, i mention that it has a clean title. The responce is usually "wow, really?"

Think of how it is in Russia...they have old cars that are short on parts. They HAVE to be able to repair what they have. Maybe now it's better, but back in the 80's, I knew Russians that came here, and they all said they drove 1960's cars back in Russia.
I guess old habbits die hard!
