The wheels are to be polished, and clear coated.

How would you go about stripping just the primer off and not the original paint?????

The original paint came off no problem. The problem was the factory primer because of its emense strength.

Sorry typo in my last response: I meant how do you just strip off the clearcoat and not the original paint? By possibly adjusting the time the stripper sits on wheel maybe?
