Mike, I understand the "dad getting anxious to get on the road" thing. My father, on Sunday, was the same way. Of course, it was 1:00 p.m. and we had an 8-hour trip ahead of us, so I can understand why. In all honesty, although it was fun to be with all those Porsches on the road (and there were quite a few), we really didn't go fast at all, averaging around 30-35 mph. It was still fun, but I can imagine your 951 would not have been too happy at that speed. My S2 certainly wasn't... she wanted to blaze through that countryside!
Also, I was looking at my digital pictures from the event, and I have one in which captured both the S2 and the 951 that won ribbons. I was actually taking a wide-angle picture of all the cars on the same lot as mine, but you can see them in the distance. I will post it a little later, or if you like, I could send you the full definition photo to your e-mail. Just PM me if you would like for me to do that.

Hey Buckshot! I'm glad to see that you and your wife had a safe drive home. We both came a long way, didn't we? I'm sorry that we didn't make time for you to drive my S2 to see the differences a chip can make. I can say this, I didn't shift down one time yesterday from 5th to 4th to make a pass on the Interstate. Before I got the chip, I generally would, but not anymore. It really does make a difference. Congratulations on the award! I'm so proud for you, and you deserved it: your car looks great!
