i know there are a few good used cats at the humaine society. they are probably going to be fixed, and may have some health issues though, but they always could use a good home...

Damn that thing is huge.... BTW, I thought used catalytic converters were illegal to sell (its probably why they are not in the wrecking yards) due to some federal laws.....

I have a cat that I took off in favor of a high flow one. The muffler shop who did the work said it was still in good working order. I agree with them as the catalyst honeycomb is still entirely intact and there is still light visible through the cat. I'll ship it for $75 total if he is interested (includes shipping and packaging). tmccrthy@uiuc.edu
